Dean Rucker
Upon graduating from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 1998, Dean began his
professional career nearby in the acclaimed Waterfront and Aqua restaurants. In 1999 Rucker
moved to San Diego to serve as the Chef de Partie at the Prince of Wales restaurant at the
famous Hotel del Coronado. Chef Rucker joined Golden Door in May of 2000, serving as
Sous Chef before being named Executive Chef in June of 2005. A Maryland native, Dean
has contributed recipes to several best-selling cookbooks. |
